Meeting the deadlines of our customers is what we do. When our customers express extreme gratitude for our efforts, we think to ourselves, “Are we not just doing what we were supposed to do… our job?” We would not be here if it were not for your referrals and the kind testimonials you have left us.
We want you to know how important you are to us. This past December 21st, all of our employees left at 3:30 pm for the holiday break. Still, many customers were needing to install their drapery hardware for holiday parties. There was no way the owner of the company was going to ask anyone to stay late after the hectic week they just endured. It was a Friday night and UPS was still out and about picking up packages until late. Chris and his daughter hunkered down like elves. We cannot share with you her age because we may get a visit from the US Department of Labor! They worked until late preparing and packing orders to be sent Next Day Air and Next Day Air for Saturday delivery. There were also local orders that needed to be scheduled for couriers. All went off without a hitch. The following day, the customers were followed up with to make sure all was a success. We sleep better knowing everyone’s needs are taken care of. It’s always our honor and pleasure to serve our customers.
